We were impressed by speeds of over 70Mbps in city centres over 4G+, rivalling fibre broadband speeds. We found speed differences, but nothing significant enough to say that one was faster or slower than the other. In our testing, we found no speed caps being on VOXI vs Vodafone when we used each SIM in the same phone. But we did some local spot checks to measure up against the independent testers' results. Useful link: Check VOXI's signal near youĪgain it would be impossible to do a speed test in every part of the country. For that you should use their coverage checker to make sure your area is covered by them for data and call signal. In general you’ve got a good chance of avoiding indoor blackspots with them.īut statistics won’t tell you what coverage is like in your area. VOXI have an overall brilliant mix of coverage, and we’d be more than happy to use them as our provider.Īs we said, we found indoor signal to be consistently good which is due to the more-optimal signals that VOXI mobile services are broadcast on. And we were able to get 4G signal in some surprisingly remote areas out in the countryside.Ĭall signal was available in the middle of our house and we found it almost impossible to find somewhere without signal, short of going underground. In terms of sheer coverage we couldn’t find anything to suggest the two don’t share the exact same data and mobile services.ĤG signal was available all over big cities, and we were able to get faster 4G+ in some areas too. The amount of signal bars was the same between the two wherever we checked. We tested a VOXI SIM and a Vodafone SIM in the same areas using the same test phone.

We couldn’t possibly test every square inch of land, but we did some spot checks in different types of locations.
